1) Purchase your desired ticket type(s) (i.e. how you want to receive your portrait). 2) 1 ticket = 1 portrait. Please email one photo for each ticket purchased. Email your photo(s) to: baltimorecats@gmail.com Include in the Subject Line: Your First and Last Name; and, your pet(s) name(s)! If you are emailing multiple pets' pictures in one email, please label your photos with your pet's name. 3) We'll reply right with an email confirmation and get right to work on your portrait(s). 4) Within 1-2 weeks (mostly likely sooner): We'll email (and mail depending the ticket type purchased) the commissioned portrait. If you do not receive confirmation of receipt AND/OR your final portrait within 1-2 weeks of submitting, please email us to let us know! We are an all-volunteer organization; we'll do our very best to return your portrait to you as soon as possible. Please allow 3 weeks for mailed portraits. *If you are purchasing a ticket/portrait for someone else and you would like us to send directly to them, PLEASE include THEIR Name and Email address (and/or mailing address) in the body of your email. **We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) organization so 100% of your purchase/donation is tax-deductible and goes directly to support Baltimore-area cats and kittens in need!
